Agreement between USER and MissionMessenger.com. This website, www.MissionMessenger.com, is offered to you by Mission Messenger, on the condition that you accept the terms, conditions, and notices contained on this page and on other pages of this Site. You are granted permission to access and use this Site and its Content for the sole purpose of evaluating, preparing, and ordering products or services solely through the Company (referred to herein as “Products”). No other download, retention, use, publication, or distribution of any portion of the Content is authorized or permitted. Obtaining Products from the Company does not entitle you to use any portion of Content apart from the finished Products as they are supplied by the Company.

Account, Password, and Security
You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you are responsible for and assume all liability arising from orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account. We may refuse any or all of our services to anyone at any time, in our sole discretion.

Terms of Sale
Full payment, including postage, is required to complete an order. No work will proceed until full payment is received. No refunds will be given for canceled orders that have been processed or are in the processing stage.

In our sole discretion, we may add, delete, or change prices at any time without notice.

Refund Policy
All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. After an order has been received and processed, you are responsible for the entire amount of that order, unless otherwise noted.

Payment
Payment is by credit card for all products and services. Customer represents and warrants that it is an authorized user of the credit card information provided for each order submitted. MissionMessenger.com reserves the right to reject any order placed by Customer if the credit card information provided cannot be processed for any reason.

Your Content and Information
All information, data, text, photographs, graphics, images, messages, or other material (“Content”) you upload or create using this website is solely your responsibility. You agree that you are responsible for and assume all liability arising from orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account. We may refuse any or all of our services to anyone at any time, in our sole discretion.

Mailing Lists – It is your responsibility to ensure that your mailing list contains valid addresses, is formatted correctly, and is matched correctly during the order process. Invalid addresses will not be included in your mailing. If your uploaded list does not contain names or a generic descriptor, we will include the term ‘Resident’ as the first line of the address.

Content Storage Policy
Artwork files and mailing list files can be stored in your registered account for a period of 90 daysfrom the last date they were used for an order. After 90 days from their last use, they will be cleared from your account.

Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold Mission Messenger, and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, printers, contractors, vendors, suppliers, internet service providers, and partners harmless from any loss, cost, claim, demand or other harm of any kind, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, due to or arising out of your information, your content, your use of this website, the use of this website by any person who uses this website while logged on under your user name and password, postcards mailed using your user name and password, your default under any provision in this User Agreement, your violation of any laws, and your violation of any rights of another person.

Termination
Mission Messenger, in its sole discretion without notice to you, may: (1) terminate your access to its website or your use of any feature of its website, (2) remove and discard any of your Information and your content stored on the website, or (3) refuse to mail any postcard and (4) terminate this website, or any feature on the website. Mission Messenger will not be liable to you or any third-party for any suspension or termination of your access to this website or your content.

Site Terms of Use Modifications
Mission Messenger may revise these terms of use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Time Frames
For your postcard to be printed and turned into the USPS by the next business day your order must be processed no later than 1PM CST on the previous business day.
